The scholar Duarte Braga has released a new edition, in Brazil, on the poetic work and in prose of one of the great Lusophone writers and intellectuals of the first decades of the 20th century -- Paulino Dias.
*Duarte Drumond Braga*'s edition recovers the work and presents the Goan author Paulino Dias - a reader of the Portuguese author considered one of Europe's greatest poets Abílio Manuel Guerra Junqueiro, Byron and Hugo - as a great poet of idealistic romanticism, whose collection *O País do Súria* incorporates Indian mythology as a theme of the literate culture of Portuguese India , at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century. Paulino Dias is an important Portuguese-speaking poet from Goa and one of the central authors of his canon, still in the process of being identified by critics, as it is a literature that was ignored until recently, despite its rich source of works. There is no better way to disseminate this literature than this:: to offer the Portuguese-speaking reader an edition of the work of a significant poet, recovering him from oblivion. The book received the title *O País de Súria: work gathered by Paulino Dias*, inspired by a note that Duarte Drumond Braga found on the back cover of the *Revista da Índia.* The main aspect to note is that the author's production proved to be quite extensive, it being a combined work and not a complete work. It is certainly a model job for those looking to edit and study the Portuguese-speaking Goan corpus. *Francisco Xavier Paulino Dias* was a great Goan poet, whose literary works are the most beautiful expression of the intersection and integration of Indian and European cultures.
