It was too brief, but a special pleasure to meet around a big lunch table in
Edison, where Thomas Alva and his many inventions first saw the 'light' of
day. George was specially glad to meet founding NYGOA President Victor
Rangel Ribeiro and Leah, past Pres. Peter (St. Xaviers) D'Souza and
Loretta,and current VP Everett D'Souza, who actually fronts for his lovely
Michelle, a cousin of Cliff Richards'. George missed the saturday commitee
meeting by a slight slip, a boat slip actually, the family wedding gala was
held on rolling Atlantic waves !
It's true then, the GOA team is all lassies, but dont believe the rumour i
was concealed under a bed, i was only looking for kitty.
There was no special Goa toast, no, this is not a hint for Kev/Merv/Roll
and Co.; just kidding guys, Pres. Debbie Couto cellars five hundred dollar
cognac, you only have to show up : Gabe, bring a Pole or two, Paul rumruns
vodka on his Bahamas biplane, most sundays.
Thank you, George, you can count on us, proud of you, Santosh, the elves,
you do a great job, hope we can rope in Suneela some day soon.
