Hi Joe,

Thank you and few others for echoing my caution about some individuals using
(mis-using) posts from Goanet for activities detrimental to Catholic and other
Goans. I am glad to see you and others join me (in English and Konkani) in
expressing our disappointments with some posts. Some of you have used terms
like "derogratory manner" ...... "Do not get provoked .... its not worth our
while to be selfish bigots."

Yet, the total blame does not lie with Bhandare, RSS, etc. The issue is: Why
do we (the silent majority of) Goanetters and perhaps the Goanet administration
permit the SAME half-a-dozen Catholic Goanetters to REPEATEDLY post
absurdities? Such posts may be related to our religions, culture, history,
etc., etc.

As you and others have pointed out, some posts have long passed the line from
being insensitive to being offensive and deceitful. Frankly, I am grateful to
Bhandare for being a mirror to some of the writings of Catholic Goanetters. Ho
soglo guneaum amcho Christaum Goenkarancho.

If these handful of Goanetters are writing such posts to relieve stress, here
is a solution from our work-place. We have a palm-size "anti-stress square"
pasted on the wall. The instruction reads: To relieve stress, continue
banging your head on this spot till the stress is relieved or you become
unconscious.:=))
Kind Regards, GL

RSS friends to manipulate Goanet Posters at will.
