People like Rajan Parrikar, George Pinto and Rajan Narayan of the Goan
Observer have been warning that Goa's development is controlled by the
BJP clowns of Delhi and that Goan residents are being excluded and have
little influence.
So what's the point of GoaNet? Just a talking shop?
How can GoaNet be made more effective?
