It was very heartening to hear how a well-known personality like Shashi Tharoor had the decency to acknowledge the influence his early education under the Jesuits and other Catholic organisations had on him. High time that those zealots who spread anti-Christian propaganda and even attack Catholic and other Christian institutions realized the enormous Christian contribution to Indian society in the educational and medical spheres.
