Have you any idea of the currency transferred yearly to Portuguese coffers
in the period you cite ?
Has that not continued after December 1961? To me the Goans working in the
countries you mention, was a drain in labour power rather a "brain power"
drain.
Goa never produced spices in a commercial scale, we produce and export
Cashews.
