Dear Bernardo,Thank you for your message. The End of Goa has already been 
earlier presaged with The National Waterways Act 2016, copy attached,  which 
"nationalizes" 111 rivers and waterways in India including six in Goa at serial 
numbers 25, 27, 68, 71, 88, and 111 of The Schedule to the said Act. These 
include River Mandovi  from Reis Magos to Usgao Bridge, nothing clarified about 
the islands of Chorao and Divar which are within the said river, and River 
Zuari   from Mormugao right up to Sanvordem Bridge.Central nationalization of 
the two major rivers covers portions straddling almost the width of Goa. What 
the Centre will do with these six rivers, and the islands within them,  is so 
far anybody's guess. Some foresee the evolution of a coal hub in Goa as coal is 
the main product now handled at Mormugao Port. Regards,John
