Grant-in-aid to Goa from Ministry of Rural Development

Grant-in- aid amounting to Rs. 21.97 lakh to 2 DRDAs
of Goa towards balance payment of first instalment of
Central share for the year 2007-2008 under DRDA
Administration has been released by the Ministry of
Rural Development, as per details given below:
North Goa Rs.12.16 lakhs
South Goa Rs. 9.81 lakhs.
The funding pattern under the scheme is 75:25 between
Centre and the State. The utilization of funds is to
be in accordance with the DRDA administration
guidelines and the release of the second instalment
during 2006-07 is subject to the fulfillment of all
the conditions as per the DRDA Administration
guidelines.
