Play narrated by Ronak Kotecha a media-man resident in the UAE but well versed
in the Bombay situation.

Actors.
Sachin Vaze: The Main villain. Lowly assistant police inspector who reported
directly to the previous police commissioner. Is said to have killed 60
criminals on ‘encounters’ in the city’s crime heyday.

Parambir Singh: The Enabler. Erstwhile PC who was alleged to have paid the Home
Minister a large sum to get the plum position which is DG rank. Since shunted
to an insignificant posting.

Anil Deshmukh: The Main Politico who runs the State’s police forces. The
allegedly corrupt Home Minister who had to recently resign after the
‘transferred’ PC accused him the Minister in writing, of extortion using low
rank but high profile police officers like Vaze to do the dirty job.

Anil Parab: another allegedly corrupt state cabinet minister. The Transport
Minister was named by Vaze in a letter to the National Investigative Agency
(NIA) probably during custody and to obtain leniency.

Mansukh Hiran: The victim an auto parts dealer who lost his life. Bumped off,
allegedly at the behest of Vaze to prevent the stink from spreading.

Hemant Nagrale: The Genie. The new PC who had to open the bottle of the putrid
stench from the corrupted land that is Bombay said to be one of the richest
cities in the world. Whether out of his decency or from someone’s orders, no
one yet knows.

Sharad Pawar: the puppet master. Longtime Maratha strongman, sugar baron and
powerful in all-India politics. Held ministers positions previously but is
alleged to be India’s most corrupt politician which is someone to reckon with,
in a country which itself is full of super corrupt politicians.

Julio Ribeiro. Bystander and audience. One time super cop, now 92, asked to
unravel the puzzle because of his unassailable integrity and the only one the
people will trust. Even he called the whole thing ‘murky and begged off on age.
Proved right, murky being an understatement, like calling triple distilled Feni
a cocktail.

Anil Ambani. The Unknown. India’s richest man and high up on the Forbes list of
billionaires. Vaze is believed to have parked an SUV full of explosives near
his residence. The storied building is the richest home of anyone in the world
costing over a billion dollars to build. Someone wanted to send a message to
Ambani but it is not yet known who and why.

The play is far from ended.
