We have been told India is progressing, but the dim reality is India is falling far behind not just China, but many other countries. But the rich are becoming super-rich while the rest of the population struggles. The COVID issue is only one of India's many failures. And of course, Goa is getting worse everyday on many fronts - primarily driven by the great Goan land-grab currently underway. Goa RIP
