What a sorry apology for a hospital administrator. He is an insult to every Goa front line doctor, nurse and medical person.
First he says: His hospital gets all the oxygen it needs and repeats the Govt line that there is no shortage of oxygen. Then he tries to put the blame on the citizen. Stopped there by Sardesai he quickly retreat into the “logistics” excuse. He follows this by saying no one expected this deluge (so what happens to the citizen blame?). That there was a “little bit of complacency” after the first wave. Then he says the high positivity rate was to blame. After that he says there is a big oxygen shortage throughout India, thus going directly contrary to his previous contention that there was no shortage in Goa. When he says that Property Sawant is doing the best he can and it turns out this buffoon is the Goa BJP unit spokesman, I decide to stop listening. The next lot of people dying in Goa from oxygen shortage will be placed on “bureaucratic tangle” once their “logistics” alibi will have run its course. Roland.
