Neither in the recipe site I could see an illustration of Colocasia or
Teren. It would be a very useful contribution if someone could come up
with a guide on identifying Vegetables found in Goa and fit for human
consumption. We have publications describing Fruits of Goa but non on
Vegetables of Goa
