But where is Antonio Costa when Goa suffers. Has he no gumption to voice his considerable influence to highlight the wrongs and the lack of action when it comes to exerting it for the people of Goa. Is he silent because he does not wish to offend Modi or the Indian non-Government. Surely as part of the EU he has no occasion to fear the ire of any Indian authority.
