In a very gross impropriety, Atmaram Nadkarni is still merrily enjoying police security being given to him illegally by the Goa Police. The services of Atmaram Nadkarni as Additional Solicitor General were terminated on 30th June 2020.
This illegal police cover must be immediately withdrawn and the expenditure incurred on this unlawful police personnel given to Atmaram Nadkarni must be recovered from the erring police officials responsible for malafiedly allowing this illegality. In public interest, will the Chief Secretary and DGP care to please look into this administrative mess happening at the highest level. Very sad state of affairs. Adv.
