Welcome to the stupidity of America, or is it the karma they earned for all the good leaders they deposed in other countries over the past decades causing needless trouble everywhere.
From the Washington Post: Such a proclamation should already be ringing alarms. The United States has spent two decades waging war and counterinsurgency in Afghanistan. It has lost more than 2,000 servicemen and women in the process and sunk trillions of dollarsinto its war effort and attempted nation-building projects. But now, just as it’s poised to exit, Afghanistan’s president believes an existential conflict in his country is about to begin. Now everything goes back to what it was before the Americans went there, except: 1. Terror groups will get all the American arms, machinery and the infrastructure they built and have to leave behind. 2. The warlords they enriched with bribes to buy their loyalty which was never given. 3. A large host of Afghanis who were seen to cooperate with the Americans will be relocated to America. 4. A slice of the Afghani population who were displaced by the war have found their way to Europe and Canada, taking their violence and petty crime with them. 5. Revenge in the hearts of many Afghanis who have lost innocent family to American strikes will lurk in their hearts to one day manifest itself in an incident similar to what started it all.
