After that, all the major fraudsters in residence abroad, (who are cronies of those in power) will have no problem in blocking their own extraditions to India on the grounds that even though foreign courts are assured that they will not be given capital sentences, the Indian courts will leave them to die in jail with little evidence and certainty and that like Stan Swamy, their cases will not be heard in their lifetimes.
