Customer is busy ,call later The old cliche of BSNL *all lines in this route are busy" is replaced ".It is kept repeating adnauseum then you realised it is out of order There are no lines man to attend, the offices are devoid of staff and complaints are not attended to.Customers are forced to pay without service. The connections are kept in force till deposit is exhausted Govt services are wired to BSNL ,MTNL and Dept are coeherced to continue to support even without service The service and communication to Banks, Local bodies and Govt Dept etc communications . are hamphered due to this snag and thus put to inconvenience.Legal rederessal through consumer courts is time consuming It is incumbent upon public services to invest in alternative mobile number to tide over the non functional landlines immediately as right to service specially to elderly sick and senior citizen Citizens in Chinchinim have donated a mobile to electricity office, so as to help contact. It is goid example to be replicated
