Following a letter sent to BSNL regarding change of plan

Kindly check the BSNL BILLS ARE BEING SENT TO MOBILE INSTEAD OF REGISTERED 
EMAIL I.D. This tarriff plan was discontinued since May and still BSNL are 
billing us inspite of deactivation BB YUPP TV ADDON PLAN.

BB-YUPP-TV-ADDON-PLAN WHICH IS DISCONTINUES STILL CONTINUES FROM MAY ONWARDS
Sir,
We are not receiving BSNL BILLS except through mobile which is difficult to 
read as mobile sometimes does not work and has no proper internet connection.  
We have REQUESTED BSNL that BILLS should be sent to consumes on REGISTERED 
EMAIL I..D. which is not sent consumers  How can consumers pay if BSNL does not 
sent the bills to consumers. Though we have filled up form for sending us BSNL 
BILL on registered email i.d.
Please note also connectivity is very poor for 2 or 3 months. It takes more 
than 5 minutes to open any site.
We fail to understand whats the purpose of BSNL for sending on mobile rather 
than email registered i.d.
Also, we have been requesting BSNL that we have dropped the BB YUPP TV ADDON 
PLAN in June or May, but yet the billing department continues to add the plan. 
Also, we have received the following communication from BB YUPP TV ADDON LAN 
which is ignored by BSNL and carried on inflating the bill to consumer
