We have REQUESTED BSNL that BILLS should be sent to consumes on REGISTERED EMAIL I..D. which is not sent consumers How can consumers pay if BSNL does not sent the bills to consumers. Though we have filled up form for sending us BSNL BILL on registered email i.d. Please note also connectivity is very poor for 2 or 3 months. It takes more than 5 minutes to open any site. We fail to understand whats the purpose of BSNL for sending on mobile rather than email registered i.d. Also, we have been requesting BSNL that we have dropped the BB YUPP TV ADDON PLAN in June or May, but yet the billing department continues to add the plan.
