Goa IT Professionals would like to bring to the notice of the Govt the
senseless approach of the RTO in dealing with applications submitted
online. A citizen has reported the horrendous experience that involved
re-writing an application that was already submitted online causing much
more hassle than offline mode used previously.

Note that this is not a one-off case and needs an instant directive to be
given to RTOs.
Please instruct all RTOs to accept forms submitted online to prevent any
further embarrassment for the Government.
