In the glorious days of the Roman Empire its rulers always carried the title of Cesar. The two famous Cesars were Julius Cesar and Augustus Cesar because they were instrumental in renaming the two most beautiful summer months in Europe as July and August. In the 20the century Rome produced another Cesar who was hailed by the captive Italian press as Cesar of Cesars or mightiest emperor that Rome has ever produced. The start of the Second World War saw the humiliating collapse of the mighty emperor for he had feet of clay to the great amusement of the world at large.
