It now reveals that the Police Personnel recruitment scam is very deep rooted with the Chief Minister who also is the Home Minister possibly very integrated in this entire glaring fraud.
An IRB Constable Anil FOTI Bandekar who is currently deployed under CID Security at the residence of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant at Althinho is surprisingly selected as a Police Sub Inspector. Despite he having failed the Physical Efficiency test on 25th November, he was allowed to appear for that written test where he scored a mega 97 out of 100. The other awful case is of one Aditya Mukund Gad who also failed the Physical Efficiency test which was held on 18th November but was so very successful in the written test scoring also a mega 97 out of 100 on 2nd December. Aditya is the son of prominent BJP Mahila Mandal office bearer Chaya Gad. All this necessitates that the Chief Secretary in his last month at Goa should own overall responsibility for this mess and absolute mismanagement and order a review of this entire malafide recruitment while nailing those involved. It is time to say enough is enough as this blatant mega job scam could not have been carried out without the tacit connivance of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and the bureaucracy which conveniently chose to surrender all values and ethics.
