Many times in a month regret Notices of cable cut is standard answer, but no reimbursement at all. THE RECEIPT is to be collected from office or will issue only by mail as per the procedure. It is arrogance that has no parallel Even for cash payment at office of Alegra no official printed receipt issued why..It is customers right for receipt Whether or not cheque is received is their duty to inform rather than asking me to confirm debit.Inspite of receiving regd mail asking to repeat the correspondence is sheer la internal coordination.If everything is automatic what is the need of employees without manners and courtessy to react with customers No internet service can be disconnected immediately on 30 Jan one day after due date of renewal for want of one tenth of balance and having confirmed officially of extension of validity period It is nothing short of intolerable arrogance Refusal to provide the contacts of the Manager in charge is the height of incompetence and accentuated arrogance
