Government jobs are distributed like confetti but at the price of expensive diamonds. 7. Most educated young persons in his or her senses want to leave the place. 8. This is heaven for the concept of no accountability in politics and public office. 9. Elections are conducted but in the end the elected ones are bought off by the party with most money. 10.
