Gullible are the victims The C M arrogantly announced publicly that those who have no faith need not apply for one time assistance of Rs 5000. for those with some trade. It was promoted a little ahead of elections and the code was certainly would put it on hold. The awoed intent was to create a hype all over the place and derive publicity for the party.Imediately the applicants were defrauded of Rs400. by way os stamp paper, Notary charges, photo etc.Some had to personally submit at Matanha Adm. Centre.Nothing more is heard about it, like many other welfare schemes in doldrums.One thing is sure ,the sale of stamp papers raked in money for the treasury and provided much needed relief of income to the NOTARIES, TYPISTS THE poor gullible , applicants are poorer by Rs 400.This is BJP Govt which encashes on hopes of the poor in need Mr C.M another announcement as to when it will become operational and disclose the number of gullible applicants and benefit accrued to Govt.
