As you quite rightly pointed out Ukraine has the third largest number of nuclear weapons ...Only an insane person would use nuclear weapons....the danger from fall outs cannot be easily controlled. I am curious about Ukraine having such a large hoard. They did not develop nuclear weapons with the whole apparatus and facilities of USSR .... I have no idea in which States the USA keeps its weapons ....but would such a State decide that it wants to be independent and be belligerent ...the USA would just be quiet !!!! I have copied this communication to Mervyn Lobo..he drew our attention that the oil companies could simply not accept US 60 a barrel ....oh yes it has now climbed to over 100 US $. The propaganda clowns are working overtime in Tanzania the price of fuel has increased significantly ...and so has the price of bread, sunflower etc ....as if the whole world depends on Ukraine for these commodities ! !
