No matter what impression is given or understood from the Letter of the ONCA law, the underlying Spirit of non-egotistic cooperation between TEGSA’s board of Directors and its President and Officers is most important to the smooth running and enjoyment of the Association. Either one organ is no more important than the other in terms of service to the members benefiting from the Association and this principle will remain paramount and will be enshrined in the Articles as well as in the By-Laws.
