In Portugal, 30 thousand goans presently reside, The Indian government estimates, that are 3 million Goans who have emigrated World Wide.... It seems that the Goans abroad, make up more than the number at home ! So it is very vital that the majority be consulted on matters pertaining to Goa/Goans, what say you ? On another point, it seems that the figure of 100,000 Goans, variously reported, living in Portugal is incorrect.
