Hi Cyprian, et all Do you know Mahmood Mamdani? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahmood_Mamdani As student I read his 2 famous books 'The Myth of Population Control' and 'From Citizen to Refugee' - he was expelled by Amin in '72 but returned later & became prof at Marakere Uni, now at Columbia NYC.
