Fill posts of teachers The schools have started way back But Govt is delaying sanctions for approved post of retired teachers and clerks Every teacher has fixed periods per day.Suject teachers alone can do justice to imparting knowledge as Jack of all trades is not applicable in education Hon'ble Minister how can the schools function effectively with even four teachers absent? The economic measure cannot apply to schools.It is not an office where work is pending for months.Yhe children have to be attended and taught daily as regular classes are on .It is desperate situation that has no effective solution What is the reason for this unexplainable delay also in the office staff Already the contract teachers are not expected to put heart and soul in the work Besides they are for strange reason s are paid 80% of emoluments in 6th pay and bills are pending for months. Where is the motivation except compulsions of unemployment The parents and Heads are running from pilar to post but to no avail What type of education is imparted daily wothout requisite staff? Govt has enough funds to splurge for celebrations and self glorification.C.M has been on record castigating poor performance in private aided schools Even books are not avaiable in time The daily functioning of the schools is satisfying only daily presence at best Existing staff cannot in anyway do justice with regard to time and are not qualified to handle all subjects matter Delay in sanctioning approved staff is not acceptable sir, Education Minister for students to idle away time on a daily basis Vacant posts may be ok in offices but not in schools
