It is praiseworthy but not enough for Aires Rodrigues to point out the shameful state of Goa public facilities and monumental government administrative lapses and intentional abuses.
It would help to name and thus shame the derelict officials and politicians involved who are responsible for the mis-governance and willful neglect. For example his latest exposé of the filthy Kadamba bus stands and depots fall under the purview of people whom he could have named. There is no liability attached to naming such persons since he is not accusing them of any offence, just pointing to their neglect of responsibilities in matters to which the public can attest.
