Listen ma'am, everyone has different priorities and approaches to life. While the others allow us the right to have our respective wasps-in-our-topis, can we not afford the same to others too?
As far as the issues on parenting are concerned, we are all going to have differing approaches, depending on our political and ideological approaches. (Needless to say, my kids would regard me as an unbenevolent despot as far as correction goes!) I would argue that the approaches are different, not superior or inferior. Just like a "love" marriage is no superior to a marriage-by-proposal. But different. FN PS: In our younger days, we had the home-by-Angelus rule that our Goanetter describes in his "Domnic's Goa" book. It didn't harm us in any serious way, afaik. And, for the record, good ol Goanetter Albert was one of those who chased us pre-SSC boys home at 7 pm, strictly following the Saligao Institute rule on that score. But I suspect it was more to do with a scarcity of slots on the lone carromboard, rather than any concern for our moral uprightness. Maybe Dr Richard Sequeira will corroborate my story, if he's reading us somewhere in drought-stricken interior Australia where he is now a specialist in agricultural pests. Dear Albert, Every quarter like the moon, especially in summer, you seem to be bothered by these actresses, revealing their bosoms. Since they are on TV and you can't put a hanky or a piece of cloth on their bosoms to hide their immodesty, I suggest you put a kerchief or cloth on your eyes or your TV while watching the movie or interview.
