Only a few days left for the big Environment event for school children in Goa.
Various events
have been planned. In addition to the Poster Contest, environment-themed
carpet-designing contest,
ECO - TRAIL quiz, a Rock designing contest, there is a Wood Craft contest - see
below. There are
other events too, details will be posted over the next few days.
WOOD CRAFT (a designing contest)
Participants : Category C Pupils Of Classes 7, 8 and
9
Number of Participants : Four pupils
Duration of Contest : One and a half hours
Theme : Create a design on the given
environmental issue using
the materials provided the pupils
will be informed
about the topic at the venue
Rules:
1. Pupils will be given varied wood waste.
2. Pupils should bring their own paints, brushes, fevicol
3. Pupils will be provided with a 22X15 Black Chart Paper mounted on a
cardboard on which they
will creatively and attractively design the given theme.
