Rather than only doing it on one day the Pramod Sawant government is accustomed to fooling the people of Goa with false promises throughout the year. Any other broken promises that he has in his secret bag of politriks, he should make public today as he will get away with it being April fool’s Day. Confirming that Smart City Panjim works have all been completed on time, on budget and to great standards, would be a fantastic April Fool's joke. Hope his government realises that April fool’s Day is one day and not 365 days when he and his government get to play the Joker!
