In today's local English daily there was an article titled "Politicians game
of divide and rule". This seems a throwback to the days of the British Raj.
But in spite of reading and rereading I could not find out what the author
was referrng to in the Goa context. We all know who is divided. But who is
ruling -- in a stable way? What we seem to have is a revolving door
government with the same characters trooping in and out.

The other funny thing about the article was that the central blurb didnt
seem to appear anywhere in the article either! Very peculiar state of
affairs in local journalism that's for sure. On the positive side, the typos
do seem to be much less nowadays though the grammar and syntax leaves a lot
still to be desired.
