We need to applaud Saurabh Laxman Raikar of Cumbarjua for having achieved the remarkable distinction of being the youngest to obtain a PhD in Engineering from Goa University. 30-year-old Saurabh is the son of Laxman Raikar and Nisha Lotlikar. Laxman known to us all as Babu has been a very close friend from college days and that friendship we have cherished over the decades. Let us wish our dear Saurabh all the best in his future endeavours making us all proud while bringing glory to Goa.
