Like I said my source has been the Internet Wikipedia which is
informative generally, but is also open to suspicion and abuse because
it is editable. I am aware therefore that I as a reader have no way of
assessing the veracity of the material and of the integrity of the
last editor.
Thank you for these three references. I will try and see if I can hold
of at least the first one. Given the titles and authors, reading all
three would be even better time permitting.
