Does Posiedon or Neputne come to help and if so how? Have they helped the millions of tourists and visitors who have swum on Goa's beaches? Also: Where were you hiding, Eddie, for almost 20 days after this issue was posted? Also, ISN'T ALL CAPS THE EQUIVALENT OF SHOUTING? Though I don't agree with much of what the Rt Hon Rajan Parrikar writes, I guess at the end of the day one simply photographs what one chooses to.
