Dear Gilbert, Please reject communalism and casteism in any form. How is the summer coming along? Are you planning to see a Bharatnatyam concert this weekend? How are the Buddhist chants and Hindu mantras recital coming along? Keep at the yoga and meditation. While meditating, try and rid yourself of bad thoughts. Focus on the goodness in people, not their religious beliefs or lack of them. Hug an atheist. Don't hug a tree without its permission even if it feels good.
