[Goanet] PRESIDENT'S RULE

Goa has experienced a similar political situation a dozen times,wild 
politicians need to tamed and the only way is PRESIDENT'S RULE FOR 5 YEARS 
in GOA ,by then our politicians like Babush/ churchill (the main ones) will 
understand the actual meaning of Politics.

Can't there be a law wherein once the representatives have been elected from 
a political party they have to remain with it until 5 years , if companies 
can sign a bond with an employee why can't there be something on those lines 
for Politicians? Atleast that will give a breather to the voters of a stable 
govt and less of musical chair.
