Cecil to jc: I know at least three expats active here on GoaNet who have sold property (even ancestral) here in Goa to non-Goan Indians and foreigners, who complain about the influx of outsiders and corruption and what not. I cannot share their names as that would not be fair to them. jc to Cecil: Please vide context of Frederick's post i.e. expats who keep groaning about corruption in Goa, only to...etc etc WHY would it be unfair to name these individuals IF their land transactions consisted of CORRUPTION or somehow connected to the political prostitution and pimping which is going on at the moment? (the title of Frederick's post) If it did not (consist of corruption etc)...what was the point that Frederick's statement? (rhetoric Q) jc ends my contribution to this topic.
