D'Souza. Compare these statements by the worthy.
A1. "Congress in particular had made Delhi the de facto capital" B1. "Very
often Bandodkar formulated his strategies in Mumbai".
A2. The strategy with Goan politics is that there are no firm decisions and
commitments made by those politicians...Even Churchill Alemao with his
'jumping genes' has beem unpredictable." B2. "Churchill has mass appeal and
support as he often stands by his commitments".
A3. "Learn from the [10 year CM] Bandodkar". B3. "Churchill.. [the 13 day
CM] has to put in a lot of sacrifice to win the confidence of the masses..
Churchill has to be firm on his promises".
Question: Should the article have been re-titled "Relevance of a regional
FARCE in Goa"? Reply: I dont know about relevance but it is an unfortunate
fact!
