Non serving of Non veg meals SQ.422 SINGAPORE TO MUMBAI 21 MAY 2024 SEAT NOS 51 K, 51 K Nelson Natividade Paul Lopes(51K.) Leena Lopes (51J)
Twice informed that our preference was for Non veg.Inspite of it Leena was served veg.It was refused.on enquiry informed about non avaiability and no request indebted for Nelson as per his phone records . AGREED that tickets include meals .Leena aged 79 years served veg .and was asked to serve at least non veg. But she was forced to manage with a bowl of fruits from tray for whole journey. I was denied and am 81 years .The flight in charge of service took 2 hrs from 10.15a.m to 12.50 and citing air turbulence. HE remained indifferent ,arrogant , silent and did not answer why non veg meals were not served inspite of ticket including it as was on forward journey Is this the approach of staff in charge even when I volunteered to pay.? Is this the treatment to be meted out to senior citizens ?. It was a disaster chosing Singapore airlines for an experience It ruined our most memorable Trip ,never to opt for Singapore Airlines . The kiosk for tags non functional got one out of 3 and self loading only one bag loaded trying 3 machines .Finally the other 2 bags were checked in at the counter .EFFICIENCY at Singapore Departure terminal was lacking and unbelievable for the reputation of premier airline.
