The exposition of relics of St Francis Xavier The exposition of sacred relics for veneration is a great success spiritually and organisationally .The Govt has supported the infrastructure ,roads. Safety measures, facilities for veneration ,pilgrim village etc . The spiritual arrangements has definitely strengthened faith and belief .The volunteers deserve praise for their valuable sacrifices .Nevertheless Govt collects huge offerings but never openly discloses yhe revenue accrued..The flawless well planned arrangements in every respect came in for praise from international, national and local devotees. Nothing was left to chance .Physically disabled and aged had excellent facilities.The special buggy .music ensemble, added glory to the event . The 8 million visitors is the sign of deep reverence ,faith and devotion to the saint.The veneration of the sacred relics is not confined to particular belief but people of diffent faith too participated making it an interfaith ocassion. THE title Goyencho Saib is well deserved and reverentially uttered by PM.The outburst by a fanatic were ignored by Govt.but for lesser reason a priest was hauled up.People protesting against criminal , offensive remarks are charged sheeted but the frustrated madman went scot free for spreading communal flare up.Politicians kept mum including catholic MLA 's against denigrating observations about sacred remains but were seen occupying front ,reserved seats on feast day for Eucharistic celebrations.It was sheer publicity and propaganda blitz to appease the voters.May the grace of St Francis enlighten the offender and bless him to be alive with good health to witness the next decinal exposition of St Francis Xavier's sacred remains
