I also feel that anonymous posts should be disallowed.
I would also goanet to ban anyone who does not
disclose his or her identity.
I think a new member needs to be "nominated" and
"seconded" by an existing member. Or at least
nominated. The person who nominates must vouch for the
identity of the applicant. Maybe it will not be
practical but something on this line should be
adopted.
Some identities does not look "real". How we can clean
the system is a challenge. But let's start somewhere
and let's send a clear message to those who don't want
to follow guidelines.
