The body language of these two violaters of the Norms, Rules des, By Laws of the Constitution and the Society Act is very SIMPLE ie, a) If anyone finds any irregularity and asks in writing, these gentlemen are unmoved. b) The complainant has to write again and again to various concerned. c) The complainant if capable may have to approach the civil court or High Court by paying his money. d) These Violaters are under AIFF umbrella, the CASH COW ( Compare Satya's annual income tax returns last five years ) e) The Advocates of their choice were already appointed in AIFF. Suitable Sr. Advocate also will be engaged at any COST. f) The open fact is that there is a long procedural delay in the honorable courts due to the more no. of petitions. g) AIFF has many committees for name sake. The interim president talks more than the Bhagavad Geetha and does nothing. The appointed Chairman of Various Committees by the interim president Do the same. h) If at all any court finds any Irregularity or Misappropriations, they have another Golden Chance of Appeal. I) By that time, the tenure & purpose of these violaters would be completed. At the same time, the Reserves of AIFF touch the ground level. This gentleman Satya Narayan was the general secretary of Karnataka State Football Association entered with the gross violation of the society act ( Abuser of the AIFF constitution) , Proposer of the election contestants in the AIFF elections conducted september 2022, Election agent of the contestants, chairman and member of the committees of AIFF. The HEFTY SALARIES of AIFF made the DIFFERENCE. He CHOSE to BECOME the Administrator of AIFF. AIFF appointed him as the " Deputy General Secretary " without any notification, after the similar appointment of Shaji Prabhakan. The FACT is AIFF Believed Shaji Prabhakan and Satya Narayan are the ONE & ONLY Eligible, Suitable ( to Kalyan Chaubey & Haris ) and Efficient Administrators out of the 140 Crore Indian Population. Further upgraded Satya Narayan as the Acting General Secretary. All the APPOINTMENTS of the AIFF were with Malafide Intentions. The Appointments of " Shaji Prabhakan, Satya Narayan and Anil Kumar " were with GROSS VIOLATIONS. Added to These, the Pending Petitions in various courts either on the Appointments or Removal of this particular " General Secretary Post " . All these were done by Kalyan Chaubey and his Core Committee. The Exorbitant Salaries were decided by the persons who joined as the General Secretary in collusion with Kalyan Chaubey( Not issued the job notification and without the prior approval of the Ex. Co. of aiff) Added losses are the High Advocate Charges totalled in Crores of Rupees. A SIMPLE QUESTION ❓ IS THIS TEAM OF KALYAN CHOUBEY & CO. HAS COME FOR ANY Foot Ball Game DEVELOPMENT or FOR ANY PERSONAL GAIN ? The Media Head accused recently about huge Financial Misappropriations in the AIFF Affairs. NOW, the Government only Can Safe Gaurd the AIFF Revenues. Respected Mandaviya Ji, Kindly look into these Illegal Appointments and Instruct Your Officers To END THIS MALADMINISTRATION Immediately.
