I spent over an hour this morning on the sidewalk along the river near the
Panjim market. The score: 12 p*ssers, 2 sh*tters. The breakdown: 6
UP/Bihar, 6 Kannadiga, 2 Oriya (1 sh*tter each contributed by UP and
Karnataka).
This must be a regular everyday occurence. What are the citizens doing?
(we know the law&order machinery is useless).
I see this as a metaphor for Goa - everyone is sh*tting on us now.
