Filipe Neri Rodrigues, ex MLA represented Velim Constiuency with an unbroken record for maximum of 4 terms and also served as Deputy CM and Minister too in various ministries A life long benefactor of PCTrust It is to his privilege that till date he remains the one and only MlA in Goa among past and present MLA's in whose honour the voters have instituted an award for SSC topper in.AVC, erstwhile Velim Constituency a corpus of 0ne lakh plus with citation ,since 2006 He has also instituted sports soccer award for a girl since 2011. He remains the only politician among past and present, MLA' s MP's who contributed towards Dr Jack De Sequeira memorial award for the topper at SSC. GBSHSE He has generously responded to the appeal of the Trust for deserving students for higher education.
