Dear Goans, forget the GBA. It is toothless now. I
am not trying to knock the good men and women who
mobilized some months ago and had the RP2011
rescinded. The real estate mafia have found a way
around RP2011. On the ground, much of the activity
continues unimpeded, and the pace of wheeling and
dealing in land has scarcely slowed.
