Who does not know how brave, noble Padre Chico fought his expulsion, on the " grounds" of his being " FOREIGN" ( ie PORTUGUESE) citizen.....in the supreme court of Republic India. Ie It is with horror we now understands how supreme court of Republic India erred in International law...... to pass a wrong /flawed/unfair verdict to deny Padre Chico to hold his Portuguese Passport ....when Geneva Convention of 1949 upheld's the right of citizens of occupied territory to keep their original citizenship ?? By a majority verdict ( where it looks like that the "Appellant"( Republic India govt) who was also acting as " JUDGE" in the case .....also breaches one of the fundamental principle of Justice")....the S.C of India wrongly went solely by the Indian constitution and upheld the previous Judgement of Judicial commissioner of Goa endorsing the explusion order HD.5/113/65 dated 11 April 1969 of republic Indian Occupation Governor NAKUL SEN of that time when Goa was still occupied by military force. To make it short:- 1--) Are Portuguese -Goan -Origins ( P-G-O Ethnicity) not different from PIO ethnicity ( = PPO + P-RI-O +PBO) ??.....especially when Indra ( Nehru's daughter) openly boosted that East Pakistan (Bangladesh) was different from West Pakistan ( Present Pakistan) by ethnicity ...and hence has send it Military force ....to help East Pakistan become Bangladesh in 26th/March 1971.?? Padre Chico case .......??a)--- What we learn from it ?!! b)--- What we can do to rectify it (ie , Err in Judgement passed on Padre Chico ( Portuguese Citizen in Goa ....., as Goans (P-G-O) too are still Entitle for Portuguese citizenship till date .....because they were not of PIO ethnicity )......?? c)--- whose help can we seek ?? d)---- which lawyer/Barrister of International Firm's can " HELP " us in this Regard ?? e)-- Can we seek "UN" Help as East Timor sought ..... to resolve Padre Chico's case = all Goans( P-G-O ) case too ??....amicably !! f)-- Will Portuguese govt be interested/bother to re- open Padre Chico' case = All Portuguese -Goan-Origins " case " ?? ( Do we need to write to present Portuguese Govt /consul ?) g)--- Will other Gods Nations( Mt 12:21) ....HELP us TIME TO ACT ( S.O.S ).....FOR JUSTICE , TRUTH & GODS KINGDOM TO PREVAIL IN THIS WORLD.
