QUESTION: Assuming that Southern USA has an almost identical climate
to Goa, the bridge that fell, was many decades old, carrying many tons
in excess of what it was built for !
What was the age of the bridge that fell into the Mandovi ? Are we to
also give allowances for quality build, inferior to the USA?
